7 STEPS for DEVELOPING A PROACTIVE SCHOOLWIDE DISCIPLINE PLAN


1. Develop a Purpose Statement---We, the staff and students at Willow Kindergarten, commit ourselves to working collaboratively to ensure learning and provide a responsible, respectful, and safe school.


2. Develop School Wide Behavior Expectations---Responsible, Respectful and Safe

-in the classrooms -in the hallway -in the cafeteria

-on the playground -in the restroom -at the bus stop

-on the bus -Daily 5



3. Teach the Behavior Expectations---

Daily Schedule (Focus on Cafeteria the first week as well as the other areas)
